We have reached the end of what has been another incredible 36 day journey.
Thank you for making our second Kickstarter campaign such an amazing experience.
Thanks to you, we have taken the Qubix concept even further in our mission to make your packing (and overall travel) experience as easy as possible.
During the past weeks, we loved interacting with you, reading and responding to your comments and being challenged to surpass not one, but two exciting milestones.
Here’s a quick overview of Qubix 2 on Kickstarter:

If you’ve backed Qubix 1 (or other crowdfunding campaigns before), you know that as the Kickstarter campaign ends, our work is just beginning.
We are soon moving over to BackerKit, the pledge management platform we will be using, and in a few weeks we will send out a backer survey.
In the survey, you will be able to fill in a number of important details, such as:
If you want to get any extras and missed that opportunity during the campaign, all is not lost! 😉
These options will be available in BackerKit at the same prices you got them on Kickstarter - as soon as the survey is out in the next few weeks.
We will notify all our backers with another Kickstarter Update when we are ready to send out the surveys and we will make sure to allow enough time for you to select your preferred add-ons and finalise all the details of your pledge.
It’s important to know that the survey must be filled in within a specific timeline that we will provide well in advance. That’s because we base the entire production run on the information you provide in your survey. So the faster everybody fills in their surveys, the faster we can kick off production.
Please keep an eye on your email for all our future campaign updates so you don't miss the survey notifications. As a good practice, especially if the emails you receive from Kickstarter usually land in your Spam/Junk folder, we recommend to check from time to time our campaign's Updates section, right here on Kickstarter.
Kickstarter already charged your card the moment our campaign ended. It can happen however that your payment is declined, due to things like your card not being authorised for international payments or your bank simply not recognising the transaction and needing your confirmation.
Please check your Kickstarter account and your email to make sure your payment for Qubix 2 has gone through in order to receive your reward. Kickstarter will email you further instructions and help you solve any issue you might have with your payment.
Usually, Kickstarter allows a maximum of 7 days to fix your payment. If you miss this deadline, we will be unable to honour your reward unfortunately and your pledge will be automatically cancelled. You will also no longer be able to see our next Kickstarter updates, because these will be visible to our backers only.
We know that no matter how long our campaign is on Kickstarter, some travellers will still hear about us long after the campaign here has finished.
And because we want to bring Qubix 2 to as many amazing people out there as possible, we are also moving the campaign over to Indiegogo.
Our Indiegogo campaign will have a slightly later delivery date so it has no impact on our production timelines whatsoever.
We will keep you up to date with what happens behind the scenes, so you are always aware of our progress.

Last Minute Questions And Final Pledge Checks
If you have any last minute questions or would like us to check your pledge to make sure you’re all set with your pledge amount, let us know in the campaign comments or via direct message and/or email.
We'll do our best to answer all your questions as soon as possible.
This is also a good time to check your payment method used for your Qubix 2 pledge.
A lot of things can happen in a month. Cards can go missing, funds can run low, etc.
We want to make sure that you’re all ready for Kickstarter to collect the funds for your reward, so we can secure it and have it manufactured for you.
What happens after the campaign ends?
In a few weeks we'll send you a survey via email (we'll also post an update when we do that).
We’ll use the survey to collect all necessary details about your shipping address, your Qubix colour preference (i.e. black or sky blue) and which add-ons you want included in your pledge.
Until the survey goes out, you don’t have to do anything else. Just sit back and relax.
We'll send one more update just after our campaign ended to give you a bit more details about BackerKit, filling out your survey, production and fulfilment expectations.
When will cubes ship?
We expect to ship all rewards in October, 2019.

Dear LiteTravellers,
With only 72 hours left of the campaign, we are starting to make preparations for our relocation to our manufacturer’s facility and we wanted to share a quick update with you.
We are looking to be at the factory in the next 3 weeks during which we will complete the “golden sample” of Qubix 2.
The golden sample is one final prototype that’s fully optimised and stress tested to make sure that everything is checked and ready for mass production.
Once the golden sample is thoroughly checked and confirmed by us, we will wait for Kickstarter to release the funds so we can make all relevant payments to our manufacturing partners to order all materials needed for Qubix 2 and kick off production.
We’ll take lots of pictures and videos from the production line so you can see your Qubix 2 come to life.
Throughout the production stages, we will post regular updates here on Kickstarter to keep you up to speed with our progress.
That said, it’s very important that you check our campaign Updates section and/or your email inbox to make sure you don’t miss out on key notifications, such as:

We have just entered our final week here on Kickstarter and we’re coming close to the end of a very exciting journey.
To help you make the most of the rest of the campaign, we wanted to share a few housekeeping details with you.
Your Pledge Amount on Kickstarter
You already know that Kickstarter hasn’t charged (just yet) your card for the pledge placed on our campaign.
This will happen the very moment our campaign ends here on Kickstarter. You’ll receive from Kickstarter a confirmation that your card has been charged and your pledge with us is secured.
We encourage you to use the time left to add any other extras you might want included in your pledge.
What’s Next
After the campaign ends, we will use BackerKit - the pledge management platform that will help us collect all the information relevant to your pledge.
Approximately 2-3 weeks after the campaign is finished on Kickstarter, each one of our backers will receive from us a BackerKit survey.
We’ll use that to gather your pledge preferences (such as the colour you’d like your Qubix 2 sets in, your add-on selection, etc.) and your shipping details.
There will be ample time for all our backers to fill in the surveys before we start the production of all your Qubix 2 rewards.
And we’ll come back with more details about what are the next steps for us after the campaign closes.
In the meantime, please remember to share the project with all your loved ones if you believe they will find Qubix 2 valuable in their travels.
