How is it that we’re already in our last 10 days on Kickstarter?

Wow, time sure flies.

Having such an amazing community of backers like you to talk with definitely helped. We love to hear from our backers and interact with you in the comment section.

Additional Stretch Goals?

A quick update from our side about the additional stretch goals that you have been asking about.

We are doing our best and we’re still looking into all the options for a stretch goal, although we also consider that it might not be possible at this stage to bring another stretch goal into the campaign. 

That’s only because the most popular suggestions require their fair share of development and testing and we wouldn’t want to rush anything. 

Planning for the Future

On another note, because we have only 10 days left in our campaign, we’ve already started making a few plans for the near future.

We are very excited to get your Qubix 2 made and delivered to your doorstep, so we are getting ready to travel to our factory’s premises.

We are doing our best to start the necessary stages for production as soon as the campaign funds are sent to us by Kickstarter. 

Qubix 2’s success would not have been possible without you, so we really want to take another moment to thank you very much for your support!

Your Suggestions For Stretch Goals

Hi there LiteTravellers,

In our last update we asked to hear your thoughts on what our next stretch goal could be.

And you blew us away with your suggestions.

We received dozens of comments with some pretty awesome recommendations.

Here are the most common ones, from what we’ve seen:

More colours for Qubix2

• some of the ideas we saw bouncing around: strong purple, strong red, etc.

Using a mesh on the compression cubes so you can see the contents better  

• using mesh as the outer fabric would not be possible because it hinders the double compression function you love about Qubix 2. Also, the mesh would rip very fast, as it’s severely less strong than the rip stop parachute fabric.
• the great news is: we believe this is exactly what the new Translucent Sky Blue color does

A super cube, large enough to fit a pillow

• we are looking at this very closely, because we know it has been the strongest request
• it’s a bit harder to develop because of the (likely) lengthy testing involved, as we would need to check how easily different pillow fillers compress (i.e. dow, feathers, etc.)

We received all of your comments and we read everything. We are going through every one of them and discussing with our team the possible options.

You will be the first to know the conclusions, we’ll definitely keep you posted.

You have given us so many suggestions before and during the campaign and we are so proud to see how engaged and invested you are in making Qubix2 a success.

We are truly lucky to have such an amazing backer community.

It’s because of your incredible support that we surpassed both milestones we set for this campaign.

You unlocked both stretch goals and as a result:

•  Each backer will receive a free gift: a set of 5 pairs of multi-colored pulling tabs, great for color coding your Qubix2 family

Quite a few of our backers have asked about a new stretch goal for Qubix2.

As always, we absolutely love to hear your thoughts and we would like to know what are your suggestions for a new stretch goal.

Now, we always promised to be honest and open with our backers, so there’s a few things you need to know.

We are open to add to the campaign any stretch goal that:

• has a high demand from the majority of our backer community 
• is easy to manufacture without impacting timelines and without taking our focus away from the main objective of the campaign: delivering Qubix2 at a high quality level and in a timely manner.

These are the very important aspects we also considered for your first two stretch goals, in order to do our best to keep our promises to you.

2nd Stretch Goal Reached: Sky Blue Qubix2 Unlocked!

Today is a great day to celebrate, don’t you agree?

And we’re happy to be spending it with you.

You Unlocked The Sky Blue Color

A big “Thank You!” goes out to every single one of you. Your support has pushed Qubix2 to new heights.

Together, we reached a new milestone and unlocked the second stretch goal.

That means the very special Kickstarter exclusive Translucent Sky Blue color is now available for any or all of your Qubix 2 sets. 

You will be able to choose your favorite color for your Qubix2, between Classic Black and Sky Blue. 

A few weeks after our campaign ends, you will receive a BackerKit survey that you’ll have to fill in so we can go ahead with your order.
